The movie quickly became a favorite because of its silly humor and funny characters. Jim Carrey was already known for his comedy, and this movie made him even more popular. It has remained a classic for people who love goofy, lighthearted films.

The movie is about two best friends, Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) and Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels), who aren’t very smart but have big hearts. They take a road trip to return a briefcase to a woman Lloyd likes. Along the way, they get into a lot of crazy situations and accidentally get involved in a crime without realizing it. Their journey is full of mistakes, misunderstandings, and ridiculous moments that make the movie entertaining.
