Ahh Minecraft, a wonderful video game that is 11 years young, and still going strong.
Minecraft is a sandbox video game that was originally released on May 17, 2009, and has been going strong ever since. While there are two different versions, the original Java Edition version is only playable on Mac Os, Linux, and Windows and the Bedrock Edition, the multi-platform version playable on Ps4, Android, Apple, Amazon, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Windows 10. Both versions are nearly identical, but have some key differences.
Minecraft Bedrock edition, originally Minecraft Pocket Edition, is the most common version of Minecraft played, because it is on pretty much all consoles. Minecraft is a game with no story mode like other video games; rather, it is a game with endless possibilities with no end.
The basic premise behind Minecraft is people play as their character, and they survive or build. In survival, players must build shelter, go mining, eat food, and fight monsters. This is the most prominent form of Minecraft, with the other mode being Creative where players can build anything you want.
Minecraft plays smoothly with beautiful music and easy-to-learn controls. Minecraft is a game that can be picked up by anyone.
Minecraft will be getting a new update this year and that is already out on certain consoles. When it comes to Ps4, expect another review of the update.
