Katie McNellis is a senior at Jonathan Law High School. McNellis was a member of Law’s volleyball and lacrosse teams. She is well-known for her leadership skills and positive spirit. Advocate Staff Reporter Eva Carroll interviewed McNellis on her plans for the future and how she is handling the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eva Carroll: Where are you going to college?

Katie McNellis: I haven’t decided between a school yet, however, it’s between Sacred Heart and University of South Carolina.

EC: What are you majoring in? 

KM: I’m majoring in Nursing.

EC: What are you doing to pass the time at home?

KM: To pass time spent at home, I’m either working out, watching Netflix, or spending time with my family.

EC: What is your favorite Netflix show or movie that you recently watched?

KM: My favorite Netflix show is “All-American.”

EC: What do you want to say to your fellow classmates and teachers?

KM: To my fellow classmates and teachers, I miss you all and hope everyone is staying healthy and safe in quarantine! 💛💛
