By Taylor Firla – Staff Reporter

Lucy Beloin is a senior at Jonathan Law High School. Her senior year consisted of a lot of memorable events such as the Powderpuff game and managing the Law wrestling team. Although she is sad about how the end of the year has turned out, she is still excited for what the future holds for her. Advocate Staff Reporter Taylor Firla interviewed Beloin about her break from school and what plans she has for her future.

Taylor Firla: Where are you going to college?

Lucy Beloin: I’m going to the University of Bridgeport.

TF: What are you majoring in?

LB: I’m majoring in Biology.

TF: What are you doing to pass the time at home?

LB: I’ve been drawing and painting.

TF: What is your favorite Netflix show or movie that you recently watched?

LB: My favorite Netflix show I recently watched is “Breaking Bad.”

TF:What do you want to say to your fellow classmates and teachers?

LB: I want to say thank you for an awesome three and a half years at Law. I was really shy before I got to high school and then the people around me really helped me open up. I wouldn’t be the person that I am today without that, so I am so grateful my teachers and my guidance counselor believed in me and encouraged me to keep my head up and to pursue my dream. And I’m really going to miss it all.
