E!’s newest reality show, “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills,” documents the lives of Dorothy Wang and Morgan Stewart, who can’t go a minute without updating their Instagram feeds and get their daily cardio from power shopping.

This show is about a few overly rich kids who live in Beverly Hills and pay for everything, like a $40,000 party check, with their parents’ credit cards. It’s horrifying to watch them not even bat an eye at the ridiculous amounts of money they spend, but most viewers can’t looks away.

The episode that aired last on Monday, January 20, really showed the girls’ true colors. Wang finally decided it was time to move out of her parent’s house. She’s 25. Her extremely successful real estate agent friend took her house shopping with her 3 million dollar budget. Don’t worry; she made sure the selfie light in her new house was perfect.

No one is really sure what the point of this show is. Maybe E! is just trying to make the Kardashians seem more down to earth.

This show is obviously absurd when you hear the commercial that E! states, “Every now and then, a TV show comes along that captures the voice of a generation. This is not that show.”

“Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” is sure to remain frightening and entertaining throughout its first season. It isn’t anything close to being good television, but it will be fun to watch. Viwers should sit back, grab some popcorn and prepare to have their jaws dropped.
