ENTERTAINMENT: The Force Unveils New Movie ‘Chronicle’

The new movie “Chronicle,” directed by Josh Tank, is coming out in theaters February 3.

This movie is centered around three teenage kids – Andrew Detmer (Dane Heenan), Micheal Ernesto (Joe Vaz) and Sean (Luke Tyler) – who discover that they have unrealistic powers where they can almost use the force as if it was “Star Wars.”

At first, the three teenagers find a discovery like no other and later find out the powers that they have are more powerful than they first thought. In the beginning of the movie they realize what they can do with their powers and use them as fun and games.

However, as they realize what they can do with their powers, they take it to the  next level. As they learn to control their abilities to what they can do to their advantage, their lives start to change, and their dark sides start to come out and take over who they used to be when they were normal like everyone else.

When one of the friends, a bullied boy (Sean), begins using his powers for evil, the other two have to stop him. Sean starts thinking of ways to take advantage of his powers in many different ways, such as robbing banks and even killing innocent people and doing whatever he pleases.

This movie appears full of action. It starts off with some humorous yet action-packed  scenes, which leads into a serious situation between two friends trying to get their friend back from the dark side.
